Housing All team housing is required to come through our office. Most teams will be housed on campus and will be rolling distance from competition venue. The housing on campus is large houses and group lodges. Each room has an accessible private bath. There will be 2-3 people per room with each room having 2-4 beds.  The lodges each have a large great room with a fireplace, TV/VCR and phones.  The outside decks overlook the lake.  For additional housing we will use a hotel only 1-mile from the venues (transportation will be provided for in town accommodations).

Meals – Breakfast and dinner will be served in the Camp Dream Dining Hall and lunch at the competition venue. Three hot meals a day are served buffet style.  The meals are nutritious and prepared for athlete diets.

Other Recreation – The Sports Training Program not only has athletic facilities, but additionally it has a game room, bowling alley, weight room, golf course, outdoor walking/rolling trails, indoor and outdoor pools and a lake for fishing and boating.

Tournament Format:                           The tournament will be a USQRA approved 8-team tournament consisting of two 4-team pools with crossovers.  Each team will play 5 games. You will find the schedule attached.  As the regional tournaments are completed and the teams for the Atlantic Sectional are secured we will post on the web an official schedule with the tournament seeding.

Tournament Social:  The tournament will host a fun evening on Friday with organized billiards and bowling tournaments.  There will be good food and a lot of fun to be had.

Team Fees:                                            $45.00 a day per person

Includes: ground transportation to/from Hartsfield International Airport (Atlanta), 3 hot meals a day, and lodging.

Roosevelt Sports Training Center and USQRA will be responsible for: Tournament souvenirs, awards, tournament administration, official/classifier transportation and fees, and social (Friday night).

Transportation:                                   Airport Transportation: Transportation will be provided to/from Hartsfield International Airport (Atlanta).  Teams are required to arrive as a group.

v      The bus will meet all airport pickups outside the North (Blue) Terminal, Lower Level Parking (near American Airlines baggage).

Additional Transportation Needs: Additional transportation needs will be the responsibility of each team.  It is not required, but some teams have found that having one vehicle available for unexpected team needs is a nice perk.  The airport has ample car rental companies, and each company has the availability of hand controls.
