The Arizona Paralyzed Veterans of America and the Arizona Spinal Cord Injury Association are proud to host the United States Quad Rugby Associations Division I and Division II National Championships on April 10-13, 2003. Listed below is important information to assist you with your preparations. Additional information will be faxed or e-mailed to all participating teams as they qualify.

AGM: The USQRA's Annual General Meeting will be held at the Airport Marriot beginning at 9:00 AM on Thursday, April 10th. All USQRA teams are encouraged to have a representative present for this important meeting.

Flights: All participants should fly into Phoenix (PHX) Sky Harbor Airport. Discounts of up to 15% have been arranged with America West and Delta Airlines for you. To take advantage of these discounts follow the instructions below. Note the further in advance you book your reservations the better discount you can receive:

For America West call their Group & Specialty Travel Department at (800) 548-7575 Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 7:00pm MST. The CAMS code is 3059 and the meeting name is USQRA Nationals.
For Delta Airlines call their Meeting Network any day 8:00am until 11:00pm EDT at (800) 241-6760. The file reference number is 194460A.

Host Hotel: A group rate of $99 per night has been arranged at the Phoenix Airport Marriot located at 1101 N. 44^th Street in Phoenix, AZ 85008. To book rooms call (602) 273-7373 and mention the USQRA Finals.

Playing Venue: All games will be held at Arizona State University in Tempe beginning on Friday, April 11th. A tournament schedule and playing times will be distributed in advance.

Transportation: Accessible transportation will be provided from the airport to host hotel for all participating teams and AGM attendees. Daily transportation will be provided to the playing venue beginning on Friday, April11th. Transportation for non-registered guest is $10 per person for the entire event.
