Dear Coach/Team Representative,
 

Please accept this letter as an invitation for the 8th Annual Capital City Clash Rugby Tournament in Montgomery, Alabama. The following is information regarding the tournament.

1. DATE: The tournament will be held at the Montgomery Therapeutic Recreation Center on Friday, February 20 – Sunday, February 22, 2004.

2. REGISTRATION: Registration fee is $200.00 per team and $125.00 per team that brings a certified referee, when paid on or before Friday, February 13, 2004. Check should be made payable to the Montgomery Therapeutic Recreation Center (MTRC) Adapted Sports. Please send check and team information to the Montgomery Therapeutic Recreation Center 604 Augusta St. Montgomery, Alabama 36116.

3. AWARDS: Trophies will be awarded to the top four teams. The first place team will receive, in addition to the first place trophy, an automatic bid and free lodging accommodations (4 rooms) for next year’s tournament.
 

4. MEALS: Meals will be provided each day (Friday – Dinner, Saturday – Lunch & Dinner, Sunday – Lunch).
 

5. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: The registration deadline is February 13, 2004.
 

6. TEAMS: This is a sixteen-team open invitational tournament. This invitation is extended to any team that desires to play.

7. LODGING: The Fairfield Inn located at 5601 Carmichael Rd. is the host hotel. Contact Jennifer Love at (334)-270-0007 to make reservations. Rooms are $51.00 per night plus tax. Each team is responsible for making their reservations. A block of rooms have been reserved under Capital City Clash. Reservations must be made by January 27, 2004. If your team will arrive earlier, notify the receptionist at that time. Hotels need to be booked by January 27, 2004.

8. SHUTTLE: Transportation will be provided from airport to hotel and from hotel to games.
