Team Representatives:
On behalf of the Hoveround Lightning and the Suncoast Wheelchair Athletic Association, this is your invitation to the USQRA’s Atlantic Coast Sectional Tournament in sunny Sarasota, Florida. This will be a 6-team tournament at Cardinal Mooney High.
Registration: Fill out enclosed Classification form and send applicable registration fee (if any). More than 12 people (not including referees) will be charged $50 per person. Note: For those bringing referees any extra fees will be waived up to 4 persons. Refs must share a room with another ref or your team will be responsible for the room. Make checks payable to: Suncoast Wheelchair Athletic Association.
Transportation: Pick up at Sarasota Airport for those flying in (get me flight info asap). Arrange to arrive at least 24 hours before the first game (probably 4 pm est on Friday, March 19, 2004. There will be a transportation to and from the gym.
Motel/Hotel:: We have rooms blocked out at the AmericInn - just 2 miles east of the gym at Fruitville Road and I-75 at $109.00 per night. For the heart of season, these rates are good. Please book your rooms here or we could lose our overall discount. The cut off date is 3/4/04. The rooms are blocked under Healthsouth with me as the contact person.
