2005 MILE HIGH CLASSIC
QUAD RUGBY
TOURNAMENT

Dear Quad Rugby Team, 

The Denver Harlequins invite you to the 2005 Mile High Mascre Quad Rugby Tournament in Denver, Colorado.  The tournament will be held February 11,12,13 (Fri., Sat., Sun.) 2005 at Craig Rehabilitation Center. 

REGISTRATION: 
Each team must submit registration information and tournament fee of $350 by
February 1, 2005.  Please complete the attached registration and return to:

ACCOMMODATIONS: 
Hotel accommodations are available at the following Hotel.

Holiday Inn Lakewood - $59 “Wheelchair Rugby Rate”, Includes Breakfast for 2

TRANSPORTATION: 
Scheduled transportation to and from
Denver International
Airport and your hotel will be provided.  There will be scheduled transportation between the gymnasium and the hotel. 

TEAM CHECK-IN: 
The tournament check in will be at gymnasium before the games on
Friday,  February 11 , 2005.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:  Play has been tentatively scheduled as follows:
Friday, February 11 - 12:00 p.m..- 8 p.m.
Saturday, February 12 - 10:00 a.m.- 4:30p.m.
Sunday, February 13 - 9:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.     
Award Ceremony - 3:00 p.m.
 

MEALS: 
Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost to team members and 1 support person (must be listed on roster) on Saturday and Sunday. 

T-SHIRTS/SOUVENIRS: 
Teams are encouraged to sell their T-shirts and other souvenirs.  Each team/party wanting to sell items at the tournament must give one item to the tournament to be used as door prizes. 

VIDEO TAPING: 
Video taping will be permitted with approval of the tournament director and referees.
 

EQUIPMENT STORAGE: 
Game chairs and equipment may be stored overnight in a secured location at the gymnasium. 

ENVIRONMENT: 
Denver is 5200 feet (1 mile high) above sea level, and some visitors may feel the effects of the altitude.  We encourage you to drink plenty of water to help you adjust to the altitude!  The weather conditions at this time of year can range from near 0 degrees with snow to sunshine and 70 degrees.  Even though Denver experiences 300 plus days of sunshine and a year, please be prepared for extremes.
