Your Quad Rugby Team is invited to participate in the first annual
HALLOWEEN HAVOC
ST. LOUIS INVITATIONAL
WHEELCHAIR RUGBY TOURNAMENT
October 23-24, 2004

LOCATION: St. Louis Community College at Meramec.  The gymnasium has one court with plenty of room for teams to gather.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: This is a six-team tournament including the host team St. Louis. The first 5 teams to respond will get to participate.

This tournament will run concurrently with a USQRA Instructor Trainer Referee Clinic that will begin on Friday, October 22 at 3:00 PM.  To accommodate the referee clinic and ensure a quality teaching and learning experience, each team will be guaranteed at least 2 games as well as the opportunity to participate in at least 1 All Star Game.  These will include a Low Pointer Game and a High Pointer Game on Saturday evening and an open All Star Game on Sunday if we have an odd number of teams or if the Referee Instructor Trainer requests it. 

What to do:  Please respond as soon as possible that your team will participate.  All paperwork and a $300 Fee must be received by October 9, 2004.  Also, if you have referee candidates who wish to attend the clinic, let us know and we will put you in touch with the Instructor Trainer so that the candidate may attend the clinic.
