Dear Team Representative:

The Coloplast International Quad Rugby Tournament local organizing committee in conjunction with BlazeSports Tampa Bay is preparing for the 2005 event. This year’s tournament will be held January 21-23, 2005. This will be a 8 team invitational. The first 8 teams to respond by email and submit their registration information will be selected.

Team registration fees are $400.00 U.S. for up to ten members including coaches, support, etc. Each additional member will be $25.00 each. Registered players and support will receive tournament give away items, lunch meals, and may attend any socials or functions and be eligible for all tournament raffles. Teams bringing approved referees will only be charged a $300.00 registration fee. These officials must be able to work all game slots to receive the discount. Please indicate these officials on your team registration form. They will not count as a team member. All registration forms and fees must be in by December 17th, 2004. All checks should be made payable to: Tampa General Foundation

No guest players will be allowed for U.S. teams unless otherwise approved by the tournament director. Registration forms and fees must be received by December 17th! Must be eligible by USQRA standards. Teams that withdraw from the tournament after December 17th, 2004, will not be refunded.

We have reserved a rate of $79 per night for standard Doubles or $94 for Double Suites. The group code is: WRT. This rate will be reserved until January 15th.

Transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to venue will be provided to registered team members only. Airport transportation will not be provided to teams that turn in flight information after December 20th, 2004. Teams that want Airport to Hotel transportation must travel together and arrive at Tampa International Airport between the hours of 8 a.m.-10 p.m. We are unable to accommodate teams arriving before Wed, Jan 19th or departing after Tue, Jan 25th. Classification Cards will be required.
