Sectional Playoff Results
The results of the South Central Quad Rugby Tournament in Wichita, Kansas March 8-10 were as follows:
The tournament was structured in a six team round robin format. The Lakeshore Demolition defeated Colorado Friday night 24-19 to set the tone for the tournament. Houston dominated the tournament with an average 20-30 point spread. Colorado later defeated San Antonio by 3 setting up a potential three way tie for second if Lakeshore were to fall to San Antonio. San Antonio could land a national bid by winning, and Lakeshore could secure the bid even with a loss( but by no more than eight). San Antonio defeated Lakeshore by six to gain the bid and to post 2nd place.
