Florida Quad Rugby League

Round Three of the newly formed Florida Quad Rugby League will be played on Sunday - January 4, 1998. The Brighton Seminole Indian Reservation in Okeechobee Florida will once again be our gracious hosts for this event. Although there in no team at the reservation it is geographically located at a happy medium for the participating teams.

FQRL mascot "Crash Rugby" may again be in attendance so bring the kids! Due to the holidays meal service will not be provided but fans and players are encouraged to bring picnic lunches along.

The playing schedule for Round Three is loosely set as follows:

3:00	South Florida Rattlers Vs Tampa Generals	21-36
4:30	Red Vs Black (pick-up game)	28-26
5:00	Closing ceremonies

Directions to the Brighton Seminole Indian Reservation:

From the East: Take State Road 70 west to State Road 721 (721 is located approximately 15 miles west of Okeechobee and is marked by a blinking yellow light). Turn Left at the light and go approximately 9 miles till you see the big water tower. Turn Right at the tower and the gym is located just a few blocks up on the right. The gym phone number is (941) 763-3866 or you can also try (561) 329-7309 if you have a problem on Jan. 4th.

From the West: Take State Road 70 east to State Road 721 (721 is located approximately 15 miles east of US Hwy. 27 and is marked by a blinking yellow light). Turn Right at the light and go approximately 9 miles till you see the big water tower. Turn Right at the tower and the gym is located just a few blocks up on the right.
