follows:
Win = 4 points ; Draw = 2 points ; Loss
within 3 = 1 point
Teams ending stages of the tournament on
equal points will be seeded based on goal
difference.Tournament Format: Promotion/
Relegation.
Single Round robin in each of 3 Pools of
3 teams. Two teams will advance to the
first division in each pool; 1 team will
remain in the second division. Rankings
in this round can only change within each
pool.
Division Round Robins:
Division 1 - 6 teams. Single Round Robin
teams (1-6)
Division 2 - 3 teams. Double Round Robin
teams (7-9)
Finals Playoffs. (based on seedings after
Divisional Round Robins)

I v IV II v III = Semifinals Division 1
VII v Winner of Semifinal Division 2. -
