Tournament Information and Social Calendar

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14th

Tournament Registration - All Day
A Registration Desk will be located in the San Marcos hotel lobby to assist you with any questions that you may have. Local information and maps to the gym will also be available. Stop by and say hello....

THURSDAY, APRIL 15th

9:00 AM - USQRA Annual General Meeting
The AGM will begin at 9:00 AM in the San Tan Room.
Every team is encouraged to have a representative present. A box lunch will be served to attendees of the meeting.

12:00 to 7:00 PM - Referees Meeting
Beginning at noon in the Hospitality Suite.
All USQRA Referee's are invited to participate.

4:00 - 8:00 PM - Classification
Classifications and Classifiers Clinic will take place in the Ballroom. You will be notified by the classifiers panel of your review time if you need to be seen.

7:00 PM - Coaches Meeting
The Coaches Meeting will be held in the Hospitality Suite.
Tournament rules and transportation issues will be discussed. Tournament programs and T-shirts will be distributed to each teams coach. Beverages and snacks will be served. Social to follow if time permits.

FRIDAY, APRIL 16th

11:00 AM - Transportation Begins
Please refer to instructions provided at the coaches meeting. Watch for changes or updates to be posted in the hotel lobby.

12:30 - 9:00 PM
Nationals Competition - Day 1
Mesquite High School - 500 McQueen Road - Gilbert, AZ
* Dinner will be served at the gym beginning at 5:00 PM

SATURDAY, APRIL 17th

7:00 AM - Transportation Begins
Please refer to instructions provided at the coaches meeting. Watch for changes or updates to be posted in the hotel lobby.

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Nationals Competition - Day 2
Mesquite High School - 500 McQueen Road - Gilbert, AZ
A light breakfast and full lunch will be served at the gym.

7:00 PM - 1999 National Awards Dinner Banquet
Dinner Banquet will take place at the San Marcos Hotel

SUNDAY, APRIL 18th

7:00 AM - Transportation Begins

Nationals Competition - Final Day

2:45 PM - Awards Presentation and Closing Ceremonies
Airport transportation will run throughout the day.
