Volunteer to help!

LOCATION:
This year Michelob Amber Bock, sponsor of USA Rugby and Rugby Super League, has signed on as the Title Sponsor of Halloween Havoc, which will be held at the gymnasium on the campus of South County Technical High School, part of the Special School District of St. Louis County. The gymnasium has one court with plenty of room for teams to gather. School is located close to nearby hotels. Same general location as last year’s tournament.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
Room for a Six-team tournament. The first 5 teams to respond will gain entry. Tournament will have referee candidates doing their floor test.

WHAT TO DO:
Please respond as soon as possible that your team will participate. All paperwork and $300 Fee must be received by October 9, 2005.

Volunteers needed for the following:

• Hospitality (lunches, snacks, water etc.)
• Score table (3 people needed per game)
• Penalty box (2 people per game)
• Set-up/Take down (help teams get equipment in/out of gym)
• Clean up
