Quad Rugby Invite - Coloplast Invitational

UNITED STATES QUAD RUGBY ASSOCIATION

Dear Team Representative:

The Coloplast International Quad Rugby Tournament local organizing committee in conjunction with BlazeSports Tampa Bay is preparing for the 2006 event. This year’s tournament will be held January 20-22, 2006. This will be an 8 team invitational.

Teams will be selected based on their ranking, however priority will be given to teams bringing a referee. Please respond ASAP (and let me know if you will be bringing a ref) to reserve your spot!

Team registration fees are $400.00 U.S. for up to ten members including coaches, support, etc. Each additional member will be $25.00 each. Registered players and support will receive tournament give away items and lunch meals. Teams bringing approved referees will only be charged a $300.00 registration fee. These officials must be able to work all game slots to receive the discount.

No guest players will be allowed for U.S. teams unless otherwise approved by the tournament director. Registration forms and fees must be received by December 2nd! Must be eligible by USQRA standards. Teams that withdraw from the tournament after December 2nd, 2005, will not be refunded.

We have reserved a rate of $79 per night for standard Doubles or $94 for Double Suites. The group code is: WRT. This rate will be reserved until December 30th.

Transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to venue will be provided to registered team members only. Airport transportation will not be provided to teams that turn in flight information after December 14th, 2005. Teams that want Airport to Hotel transportation MUST TRAVEL TOGETHER and arrive at Tampa International Airport between the hours of 8 a.m.-10 p.m. We are unable to accommodate teams arriving before Wed, Jan 18th or departing after Tue, Jan 24th.

Classification Cards will be required.
