1st Annual Northeast Passage Wildcats Rugby Rampage
Wheelchair Rugby Tournament

February 2nd & 3rd, 2008


Dear Team Representative,

The Northeast Passage Wildcats and the University of New Hampshire would like to invite you to our 1st Annual "Rugby Rampage" Wheelchair Rugby Tournament. The tournament will be held February 2nd & 3rd at the University of New Hampshire, in Durham, NH.

REGISTRATION – Contact Bill Bouffard at (207) 712-4395 or wbouffard@unum.com to reserve your teams spot in the tournament. Once your team has confirmed participation in the tournament, a $350 registration fee applies (swapping tournament fees applies if we are attending your tournament). This fee will cover up to 10 players (additional team players are $25 each). Please send team rosters to Bill Bouffard ASAP. Checks need to be received no later than January 26th, 2008. [If checks are not received by this date your teams spot is subject to being filled by an alternate team, if this payment date is not possible please contact me]. HOTEL – Holiday Inn Express in Durham, NH will be the host hotel. Rooms have been reserved under the name of Wildcats Rugby Rampage. Please mention the group name to receive the special rate of $89.00 per night, plus tax. Reservations are first come first serve and should be made by January 26th, 2008 to guarantee the rate and space will be available

PLAYING SITE- Competition will take place at the Recreation Complex at UNH in Durham, New Hampshire. Games will be played on two full size hardwood courts with a third available for practice. Overnight storage for playing chairs is available in the gym at your own risk. Directions to the gym can be found at the Northeast Passage website. START TIME - 2:00 PM on Saturday February 2nd, 2008. END TIME - Play and Awards Ceremonies should be concluded by 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.

PLAYING SCHEDULE - The schedule will be posted on the web and emailed to all team representatives as soon as it is available. USQRA rules apply. FOOD- Dinner will be provided on Saturday night for players, coaches and support staff only. Lunch will be provided at the gym Sunday for players, coaches and support staff only.
