3rd Annual City of Las Vegas
“Helter Skelter” Quad Rugby Tournament

The City of Las Vegas
Adaptive Recreation Division and BlazeSports Las Vegas will host the 2nd
Annual “Helter Skelter” Quad Rugby Tournament on October 12-14, 2007.
Tournament location will be at the Chuck Minker Sports Complex, 275 N.
Mojave Rd, LV, NV, 89101
Competition Format:
Div. II, developmental teams welcome – 6 TEAM ROUND ROBIN
Registration Fee:
There will be a $400 entry fee for each team. Entries will be
confirmed upon receipt of entry fee and completed roster.

Registration Deadline:
Registration forms and fees are due no later than Friday, October 8, 2007
or until schedule is full (first come, first served). Please send check

Transportation:
Airport shuttle is provided by the City of Las Vegas Adaptive Recreation
Division. Teams not staying at host hotel will need to provide own
transportation. City of Las Vegas Adaptive Recreation Division will
provide a gym/ hotel shuttle to run as needed by individual teams’ game
schedule. We will provide transportation for those filling out
transportation requests. Please submit all information no later than
September 5, 2007.
Rules: IWRF rules with USQRA modifications (shot
clock)

making your room reservations you will need to identify yourself as member
of the “City of Las Vegas Quad Rugby Tournament”. Please Make your
Room Reservations As Soon As Possible. Hotel reservation deadline is –
September 12, 2007. Hotel room blocks have been made at the above hotel with
a nightly room rate of $79 per night.
Meals:
There will be limited snacks and drinks
during the tourney and a bbq meal served for lunch each day.
Officials:
United States Quad Rugby Association
certified officials will be used.
Schedule: 6 Team Round Robin format
Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (decided on
overall tourney standings).; MVP, Sportsmanship & All tourney team
Apparel: On sale at tournament.
Trainer/ Physician: On site
Wheelchair Repair: On-site during the event.
Wheelchair Storage: On-site. Each team will
receive a designated area for storage.
