Dear USQRA Members,

The USQRA Hall of Fame has been established. Below you will find information that explains the criteria for induction into the Hall of Fame, and a nomination form to be filled out by any member of the USQRA. Read through the criteria before you consider anyone for induction into the Hall. If you believe somebody is worthy of induction into the Hall of Fame then you can fill out the nomination form and submit that form to the Hall of Fame Committee. Please include a detailed narrative about your nominee with your nomination form.

How will members be inducted? The Hall of Fame Committee will distribute nomination forms to each team. USQRA members will fill out the forms and send them to the Hall of Fame to be reviewed by each of the committee members. The committee will vote on the nominees and tabulate them. Nominees will be notified in advance so the person and/or persons to be inducted can arrange to be at the National Championship banquet. Inductees will be introduced and presented with a plaque at the National Championship banquet.

Here are some suggested timelines to follow:
  • October 1st: All teams will receive nomination forms.
  • November 1st- December 31: Nomination forms will be accepted.
  • January 15th: Committee members receive nominations, vote and return their ballots.
  • February 1st: Votes will be tabulated and the results sent back to committee for approval.
  • February 15th: Inductees will be notified.
  • Nationals: Inductees will be presented.
