Team Transfers The San Diego Bushwackers, Colorado Highlanders and Carolina Crash have transfered to the North Central for post-season play. A word about the Annual General Meeting (AGM) The AGM will take place on Thursday, April 15th in Phoenix, Arizona one day prior to the start of Nationals. All teams are encouraged to have a team representative present as important information on the association, rules, equipment and the sport in general will be discussed and voted on. If there is an issue that you would like to hear discussed at the meeting then you must contact the secretaries office before March 15th to have it considered for the agenda. This is your opportunity to help set policy and voice your teams opinions. If you plan on attending the AGM please notify National tournament host Peter Quinn at (602) 461-5246 ASAP. Ground transportation will be provided throughout the weekend for all representatives that attend. Election of the Executive Committee The members of the Executive Committee shall be elected by team representatives at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the association. Each officer shall be elected for a term of 2 years. i. President-even years. All proposals for changes in the playing rules shall be presented in writing to the secretaries office of the USQRA prior to March 15th. Proposals for changes in the USQRA Constitution & Bylaws must also be submitted in the same time frame. Quad Rugby ClinicsThe USQRA and PVA are working together to try and schedule off-season quad rugby clinics now. An advanced training camp may once again be held in Las Vegas this summer. We would also like to conduct beginner/refresher clinics where the most benefit can be achieved. If you feel that your team or part of the country could benefit from a clinic, please contact President Ed Suhr at (503) 238-1324 to discuss this further. Lets keep our sport growing!
